EMS CALL FOR UNRESPONSIVE MOTORIST ON EB PALATINE ROAD NEAR WINDSOR DRIVE ARLINGTON HEIGHTS

2:54 PM (WED NOV 20 2024) ... Arlington Heights firefighters and paramedics working at the scene of an EMS call for motorist at Palatine Road and Windsor Drive Arlington Heights. Report of a male driver passed out in a white passenger vehicle in the eastbound express lanes of Palatine Road near Windsor Drive. Passers-by trying to break the glass on the passenger door of the vehicle to access the victim.

Citizen rescuers accessed the victim and removed him from the vehicle before paramedics arrived; beginning CPR.

Eastbound express and local lanes blocked with emergency vehicles. Eastbound Palatine Road backed up to Rand Road.
