Report of vehicle crash with a pedestrian on Arlington Heights Road south of Dundee Road -- possibly closer to Boeger Drive. The pedestrian possibly suffered serious injuries. 11:55 AM (FRI OCT 10 2025) … Firefighters and paramedics from Buffalo Grove worked at the scene where an 80 year-old female pedestrian was hit by a black BMW SUV in the eastbound lanes of Dundee Road at Lake Boulevard in Buffalo Grove. The woman apparently suffered critical injuries, and was transported to Level 1 Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. Lake County MCAT assisted the Buffalo Grove Police Department with an on-scene investigation for about two hours. The eastbound lanes of Dundee Road were closed at Buffalo Grove Road for about two hours, and were reopened at 2:20 PM.
