Report of a house fire with smoke on two floors.  There is a report of at least one patient being brought to an ambulance. Evaluating four patients. Possibly two patients transported by EMS. Incident dispatch was about 6:35 PM. Arlington Heights Police Department and Metra Police Department. Metra Police Department investigating. Metra trains were stopped in both directions. Sounds like train(s) might be starting to move about 9:27 PM. Notification (weak on details) from the Arlington Heights Police Department was posted about 47 minutes after the crash occurred.
