Report of a crash with injuries on Dwyer Avenue near Central Road. Eyewitness reports a crash that appeared to involve three vehicles  -- with two vehicles near a dental office and the Church Creek Assisted Living facility. A third car was up on the curb facing north on Dwyer Avenue, further north near the Church Creek Condominiums buildings. The driver in that vehicle appeared to be trying to drive away while the airbags were deployed and the horn on the vehicle was activated. Report of a house fire with smoke on two floors.  There is a report of at least one patient being brought to an ambulance. Evaluating four patients. Possibly two patients transported by EMS.
