Truck driver refused EMS transport. Driver possibly fell asleep before the crash. Semi-trailer truck and trailer went up a steep embankment up to a side street named Parkside Avenue in Morton Grove.

A tree stopped the truck from crossing Parkside Avenue and crashing into a row of single-family homes.

No hazardous materials in the trailer.
