10:20 AM ... Newport Township Fire Protection District firefighters and paramedics working at the scene of a crash with injuries at Russell Road and Orchard Road Newport Township. Report of a crash with possibly four people hurt on Russell Road between Orchard Road and I-94. Possibly one person unconscious. Command reports a two-vehicle crash in the westbound lanes of Russell Road with moderate to heavy damage.

Incident upgraded to a General Alarm, and a request for a Pleasant Prairie ambulance by 10:24 AM.
