Flight requested to meet the Huntley ambulance at Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital. Flight transported on male adult in critical condition from Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital to Level 1 Trauma Center Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.

All patients extricated by 3:48 PM.
