Report of a vehicle in the water in the Des Plaines River near the intersection of Dundee Road and Milwaukee Avenue.

Observing near Dam 1 Woods, caller sees a vehicle in the water with an open window with trash floating into the window of the vehicle.

BC24 on arrival reports one car in the water close to Dam 1, River West. A42 on scene reports nobody in the car; diver in Mustang suit reports it appears the vehicle has been there for awhile with frozen mud inside the car up to the level of the windows.
