4:19 PM ... Palatine firefighters and paramedics working at the scene of a crash with injuries at Euclid Ave and Quentin Rd Palatine. Report of a three-vehicle crash. Quentin Road command reports there will be three EMS transports and requests a third ambulance. E84 on arrival reports three vehicle with moderate damage with one vehicle off the ground partially on top another vehicle.

Third ambulance requested by 4:28 PM -- PFD A81 assigned.
