5:06 PM ... Lake Zurich firefighters and paramedics working at the scene of a crash with entrapment and injuries at 20406 Rand Rd Lake Zurich. Report of a crash one-quarter mile east of Cooper's Hawk. Also, an iPhone/Watch reported a severe crash in the Rand Road, Plum Grove Road area.

Palatine A81 also assigned to this crash.

E324 on arrival reports a crash on US-12 EAST (southeastbound) with four vehicles involved with moderate to heavy damage. E324 upgrades incident to a crash with extrication response.
