Police activity with fire department paramedics standing by while police secure the location in a residential neighborhood of single-family homes on Emerson Street south of the Metra UPNW line railroad tracks. A neighbor reported to CARDINAL NEWS that a family member with a psychiatric emergency is at or near the home where police have surround a house. Thru-traffic on Emerson Street blocked approximately between Prospect Avenue and Council Trail. Local neighbors may have better traffic access.
