WATER RESCUE ON LAKE MARIE NEAR ELIME ROAD AND CLARA AVENUE ANTIOCH

3:30 PM ... Antioch firefighters and paramedics working at the scene of a water rescue in the block of 41300 North Elime Road Antioch. Report of citizen CPR performed on a dock for a near-drowning victim. Two victims were in the water, but were out of the water by the time paramedics arrive. Victim reported to be conscious and breathing by 3:31 PM. Female victim transported to Advocate Condell Medical Center. Male victim that attempted to rescue the female treated for muscle cramps and a non-life-threatening head injury.
