Report of a crash involving a semi-trailer truck and another vehicle. Semi-trailer truck or load on top of another vehicle. Second ambulance requested at 11:17 AM. Concrete slab on top of a vehicle. Slab is 30 feet x 8 inches by 15 inches, weighing 10,000 to 15,000 LBS. Fire command requesting a rotator crane from Whitey's Towing Crystal Lake to lift slab. Lifestar helicopter assigned. Landing zone at or near Algonquin Road and Randall Road. Whitey's rotator crane on scene by 11:22 AM.

LifeStar flight on scene about 11:48 AM. Extrication complete by 12:01 PM with patient transferred to LifeStar medical helicopter.
