MOTORCYCLE CRASH ON CHAPEL HILL ROAD JUST NORTH OF RIVER ROAD MCHENRY

7:54 PM ... McHenry firefighters and paramedics worked at the scene of a motorcycle crash with injuries at Chapel Hill Road and River Road McHenry. Report of a motorcyclist down and not moving. Motorcycle was located about 50 feet off of Chapel Hill Road in brush in a ditch with the crash scene located northeast of River Road. LifeNet medical helicopter immediately put on standby. BC12 on arrival reports a bike down and rider down. Landing zone at Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital. Ambulance transferring patient to hospital landing zone by 8:05 PM. McHenry County Sheriff’s Office is investigating. This may be a single-vehicle motorcycle crash.
