FEMALE MOTORIST SUFFERS BULLET GRAZE WOUND TO HEAD WHILE DRIVING SOUTHBOUND ON LAKE SHORE DRIVE SOUTH OF RANDOLPH STREET CHICAGO

10:30 PM (SAT AUG 20 2022) ... Chicago firefighters and paramedics worked at the scene of a shooting in the block of 100 North Lake Shore Drive Chicago. Report of a female adult traveling southbound on Lake Shore Drive shot in an area of parks and the lake shore. While she was driving she heard a large burst, her right side vehicle window shattered, and she felt pain in her head. A female, age 36, with a gunshot graze wound to the head was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, listed in Good Condition. CPD Area Four Detectives investigating. No suspect in custody.
