2 SEMI-TRAILER TRUCKS JACKKNIFED/Personal Injury Crash

Report of a crash with injuries involving two jackknifed semi-trailer trucks in the northbound lanes of Route 41. Second ambulance requested by 6:17 a.m. Third ambulance requested by 6:34 a.m. -- Northbrook A11 assigned then returned; Deerfield A20 assigned instead. A20 returned; Highland Park A34 recycled. All lanes blocked. At least one semi-trailer truck is a tanker. Unconfirmed, but possibly leaking or having fuel offloaded. This is a second crash of two crashes overnight at Route 41 and Chantilly Blvd. First crash involved one semi-trailer truck; second crash involved two semi-trailer trucks.
US 41 closed between Lake Cook Rd and Central Ave.
