Report of an activated fire alarm at Aleris. Nothing showing on arrival. T51 reports a full dump with everyone evacuated. Returned for another activated fire alarm at 9:17 a.m. T51 reports fire extended into silo. BC51 requests a working fire response at 9:22 a.m. Fire contained to a filter silo by 9:39 a.m. Holding to crews on scene and change of quarters companies; returning any companies en route by 9:45 a.m.
