Milwaukee Avenue and Prague Avenue Buffalo Grove, IL
Extrication crash, head-on crash with one person trapped in each vehicle. BC4 on arrival reported two vehicles with heavy damage with two patients trapped and two people on the side of the road. One patient transported with life threatening injuries to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. One patient transported to Advocate Condell Medical Center.
