Bosworth Ave and Waveland Ave Chicago, IL
Residential fire on Bosworth Ave north of Waveland Ave. TL21 reports nothing showing from a 2-story frame on arrival. TL21 requests a working upon notification there are flames and smoke from the back porches. Primary search with a line led out to the rear. Firefighters about to go inside the front door at 4:29 p.m. but it looks like the fire is contained to the exterior, according to BC12. Ladder on the C-D side, primary searches complete and fire is out and contained to the exterior by 4:32 p.m. Line led out interior as a precaution. Some exposures had minor damage. Overhaul underway at 4:32 p.m.
