Report of a multi-vehicle crash with two light poles down on NB Route 53 south of Higgins Road.
Crew on arrival reports possibly seven vehicles involved with lanes 3, 4 and 5 blocked. Crews summarized 4 semi-trailer trucks involved with three other vehicles. All patients are medical refusals.
