Report of vehicle fire on the first floor of the Fashion Outlets of Chicago parking garage, east side. Police report the vehicle is located in the turnabout or the roundabout. BC56 on arrival reports a fully-involved vehicle fire, possibly involved in the Electric Vehicle charging process.
