TUE SEP 15 2020 12:31 AM Chicago Fire Department responding to a high-rise fire at 400 East Randolph Street in Chicago. BC1 T6 E13 on arrival by 12:33 AM report nothing showing. E13 going up to investigate by 12:38 AM. Heavy conditions reported on 32nd floor at 12:40 AM; call immediately upgraded to a Still and Box Alarm and EMS Plan 1.

A11 in the lobby, A74 center stairwell, other ambulances in staging at 12:51 a.m.

The fire call was upgraded to a 2-11 Alarm at 12:54 AM. Staging at Michigan Avenue and Randolph Street.

EMS Plan 2 at 1:08 AM. One male patient Code Red, one female patient Code Red. One male patient Code Yellow.

Fire declared out by 1:17 AM.

2-1-1 Alarm struck out at 1:24 AM. Helicopter 6-8-1 declares the roof is clear after being scanned with the camera by about 1:42 AM. One pet was lost according to Chicago Fire Department.

EMS Plan 2 secured at 1:45 AM.
