BC3 reports on arrival (discovery?) fire blowing out a second floor window of a 2-story building on Greenview south of Diversey Pkwy. BC3 reports fire on floors one and two with a primary search in progress. Two lines led out in the 60x75 apartment; fire is out, and checking for extension.
