Golf Rd and 5th Ave Des Plaines, IL
Report of a gas leak in an area of road construction near Golf Rd and 6th Ave - 5th Ave. TL61 on arrival reports a large line was hit as they can hear the gas line venting gas; calling for police for traffic control. Nicor on scene by 10:27 a.m. Traffic stopped between Golf Rd and 6th Ave and Golf Rd and Rand Rd. Westbound Golf Rd immediately opened at Rand Rd. WIND SW 10 MPH at 10:24 a.m.
