Maplewood Ave and 62nd St Chicago, IL
Report of two people shot. Male, age 16, shot in chest and left shoulder; transported to University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Male, age 19, took himself to Holy Cross Hospital with GSW to the foot -- condition stabilized. Shots were fire from a silver sedan.
