MABAS Division 6 Box Alarm on Box #6-71 for a report of a person missing in the water -- upgraded to the 2nd Level at 3:42 p.m on orders of 1701. A juvenile missing, believed to be associated with a capsized kayak, was found safe at his home. The Dive Box was canceled by 4:07 p.m.
